We acknowledge and respect the trust that each of our subscribers has placed in our company and have designed our product to give full control over personal data inline with international privacy regulations. We have also implemented best practices in cyber security.

With our customers' wishes in mind, we provide empathetic features to protect their recipients, safety measures against accidental activation and we limit the ability of custodians to the bare essentials they require to fulfill their role.

Each of those subscribers has spent precious time and effort making sure that their legacy communications will be passed on to the people they have selected. With MyEpilog, this will happen, now and in the future. 

Our Pledge

• We will never provide your personal data to third parties or to use your data for purposes outside of the express performance of MyEpilog's purpose.
• Your payment details are safe as we use a PCI DSS level 1 compliant payment supplier. (PCI DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
• We promise not to reveal your confidential wishes and words before your trusted custodians have confirmed your passing
• You will always be able to view and change your personal data with us
• We undertake to deliver your messages in a sensitive manner, at the correct time and to the right people.
• You will be able to preview any messages to ensure they convey what you would like them to
• You can upload as many or as few (minimum 3) contacts as you desire to fulfil the purpose for which you have joined MyEpilog
• You will always be able to download your data 
• You will be able to ensure the people closest to you are treated with extra consideration and yet inform everyone you would want to know if something happens to you.
• We will obtain their consent before enrolling your chosen custodians to assist with your MyEpilog account
• We do not collect more data than necessary to fulfil our obligations to you
• You will always be able to delete your account

MyEpilog requires you to maintain all details up to date and to ensure you have uploaded the relevant contacts to fulfil your intended objectives. We also ask you to communicate through responsible adults where minors are involved.
