You may find it easy to set up the account for the actual end-user. Create a trial account for yourself, which you can delete within 30 days. You can find further instructions in the Help tab on the bottom right of the page by searching for 'Instructions for setup by another person'.

Once you are comfortable to begin the process, create an account for your loved one and an email will be sent to them notifying them of the account creation. We recommend you discuss with them beforehand.
